Добрый день.установил arm 119 втянул все обновления все нормально. после запуска отчета по есв пишет следующее

це Windows 7 чи Windows Server? І чи в режимі сумісності з ХР Ви пробували? З якими правами Ви запускаєте цю програмуліну?

с правами админа. windows 7 максимальная. звонил в ПФ в тех поддержку. ничем не помогли

Попробовал дома, на дом.компе стоит ХP Service pack 3 пишет
